Gaff4Sale is a new way to sell your property direct to buyers in the UK, keeping your property private from prying eyes online.
How the site works?
We will give your property a unique ID, which will be displayed on a for sale board outside your home. Buyers interested in purchasing your property, will scan the QR code or visit the website, where they will be required to register their details. Once registered, they will be able to enter your code into the search, view your basic property profile, request your property brochure and a viewing.
Our standard marketing package includes:
- Unique property ID (postcode and unique user ID)
- Listing on the website comprising of an exterior photo and short description of your property - Example
- Direct contact forms. Email requests sent direct to you
- 1 x For Sale Board for erection at your property
- One off fee
You are in control of:
- Taking your own photos and measurements
- Emailing your property details to prospective buyers (Template Provided)
- Liaise and conduct viewings with buyers
