This new method of property sales provides an ideal solution, where the seller, at their own discretion, has control over the distribution of their property details.
Buyers can only access property for sale using the unique property code. This code is displayed on for sale boards outside of the property for sale or via sellers sharing this code online.
Each seller page has a direct contact form, where registered buyers can request property details or to arrange a viewing. These forms are emailed direct to the seller.
The sale of the property is managed solely by the seller.
